Grow Your Blog

Welcome to my post for Grow Your Blog 2015! I want to send a big "thank you" to Vicki for hosting this blog hop. What an undertaking!

My name is Laney and I'm happy you've stopped by here on your way around the internet. Basically I'm an artist and here on my blog I share what I create.  You can read more on my About page.



I sew, paint, draw - whatever catches my interest and will fit into my tiny studio. You can see more of my art by clicking on the tabs above this post.




If I'm not creating, or blogging, I like to read and research things - either in books or on the internet. I seem to spend a lot of time with my laptop or Kindle!  I like tech stuff, too.  :)



The online creative community is so much fun! I love meeting other bloggers and creative people, so I look forward to visiting you. Please leave a comment and/or follow my blog so I can return the favor.

    It took me awhile, but I finally found you. I'm in love with your art and paintings in art journals.

    I read your tips on how to create in a small space. My main floor craft room is about the same size as yours. Mine is 8 X 10. It can be a real challenge, but I always say use all your space and go up when you are out of floor space.

I love that you are making a fiber art piece inspired by one of your own paintings. I do fabric pieces as well as art journaling / painting / drawing as well, but have two separate blogs for them because they differ so much in style.
