Painting

Am I the only one who works in more than one medium?  I seem to do fiberart/sewing for awhile then I draw or paint for awhile.  Lately, I have been making art tags and loving working in the small format.  I made one and then another and another! I think I have a total of eight at this point. Here are a few of them.



I'm working on some fiberart pieces for an upcoming event, but I needed a break from that and did a little painting for fun this afternoon.






And this is an older one in an art journal, but I don't think I have posted it yet.

    These look like a lot of fun. I think mixing it up with your creative outlets is a great way to keep your inspiration fresh and evolving. Can't wait to see what else your do :)

    Laney - I just saw your work for this first time today for Sunday Postcard Art and now here you are again (AEDM). I think you stuff is a lot of fun - I love your sense of colour and design! Being a mixed media artist there can definitely be different mixes of media going on in my work at any given time. :)
